Terms & Conditions

1. Prices are a guide only. Final prices cannot be given over the phone, or via socials and are only confirmed in salon via consultation.​

2. Online bookings are subject to change. Please ensure when booking online to fill all details out correctly & read service break-downs correctly to ensure dissapoinment.

3. Cancellation Policy: Please get in touch as soon as you receive your confirmation text. 

• All bookings require a valid credit card on file prior to securing an appointment.

• Strict cancellation policy of $100 will be taken if you cancel within 24 hours prior to your service date.

• Should your card be cancelled during the 24 hour period, your next service will have an automatic $100 surcharge.

4. Invoices/Payment Plans are subject to wedding & events only.

5. Overdue balances will be subject to a Late Fee of $10 a day until owing balance is paid.

6. Prices are inclusive of GST.

7. In the unlikely scenario that you are unhappy with your hair, Studio 20 offers complimentary adjustments 7 days after service date. 

8. Change of mind is not covered under complimentary adjustments but we will accommodate an appointment for you as soon as possible.
